Happy 1st Birthday FengSHe.org!

MARY GIUFFRE & PAUL CLARK: We'd both been dragging ourselves around tired careers in the film and TV industry for way too long. The hours, the egos and the unfulfilling projects were becoming relentlessly unrewarding. With all our years of experience there had to be something we could create that would ADD to the betterment of humanity...

The Feng SHe concept was a spark from Spirit in answer to our desire to make a difference. Since taking my Feng Shui certification I'd been rolling the 'balance' concept over and over. There were so many people out there talking about the 'Goddess' and the 'Divine Feminine'; a growing movement of women encouraging their sisters to rediscover their 'Feminine energy' to find out who they truly are and how they could change the state of the world by rising up and exerting their 'Feminine energy', but I couldn't stop feeling that if our culture consistently embraced 'Feminine power' without balancing it with the 'Sacred Masculine', the world would remain an unbalanced mess. So, I was putting an outline together for a book that encouraged balanced heart felt living.

After weeks of meditation, research, writing and downloading bits and pieces from the universe, my perseverance paid off and I knew I had a good handle on where the idea was meant to go, but it didn't quite gel until I received an e-mail from our fabulous friend (and possible cousin -- we've found out from her family tree she's also a 'Giuffre'!) Colleen O'Malley Weber "I have to share a dream!" She said. "We were running a function/seminar/workshop type thing -- in the background behind the registration desk, which was filled with people waiting to pay/sign in -- was a banner -- Feng SHe. " The name ignited the concept and in an instant everything came together. I so love how spirit works! :)

It was Paul who coaxed the concept into this stunningly artistic online magazine we have the privilege of presenting to you every week. "You've got to get this out there Mare. A book will take too long!" (He can be annoyingly persistent! :) "The world needs this information sooner than later. You need a website RIGHT NOW! There have to be other people who feel this way. Put out the call!"

Within a month of launching a preliminary website, a Facebook Fan Page and a Twitter Page with a call for Conscious Collaborators, we attracted more than 45 hundred followers and our actual magazine had not even been posted as yet. People from all over the globe were jumping in with both feet to collaborate with us! We (so very gratefully!) have signed on Best Selling Authors and Internationally renowned Coaches, Environmental Experts, Relationship Counsellors, Spiritual Writers, Nutritional Therapists, Career Counsellors, Poets, Artists and Photographers, all conscious individuals who sent up a resounding YES! YES! YEST! (that's a yes with ZEST! Right Andrea?) to submit regular content and help change our world.

The affirmations we received from the incredible individuals wanting to collaborate were astounding. Here's just a small sampling:

Now at this point I have to clarify too, that although Paul is possibly the best designer -- web, print, broadcast -- you'll find anywhere, his grand creations generally require technical expertise beyond the average, so after one quick phone call, tech guru (and Paul's cousin) Bill McCarvell climbed on board to help make this magazine a reality. He pulled out all the stops and despite his limited schedule (he's a single dad) and our tight timeline he had computer scripts formulated and written within weeks.

For a year now FengSHe.org has been sharing, educating and encouraging balanced heartfelt living though articles, videos, photo essays, music and poetry all designed to balance our lives by assisting the movement of energy from thought to feeling. We are devoted to changing our world by promoting this vital shift in principles, so we constantly encourage Community Leaders, Individuals & Families, Small Businesses, Corporations, Government Officials and everyone in between to join with us at this crucial time in our planet's history.

The task has not been with out its challenges. We continue to reject old paradigm thinking that binds individuals in fear and separation and prevents them from moving into a kinder, loving collective reality. Despite opposition we've have followed our hearts and kept moving forward.

And here is a stunning manifestation of this new paradigm...not one person on this team, including ourselves and our advisors, Bill McCarvell, Andrea Connell and Brent Marchant takes cash payment for their contribution! Each of these generous individuals embraces and lives consciously, understanding and creating a reality of harmonious, peaceful balance, knowing that the good they each contribute always comes full circle.

There are no isolated individuals floating disconnected in Spiritual space. It takes a collection of great Minds and Spirits, fuelled by Heartfelt emotion to influence a state of Balance in our world. WE -- this enchanted orchestra of conscious living and loving individuals -- have come together as ONE for the benefit of uplifting the vibration of the whole.

Hi Mary and Paul;
I'm sitting here applauding - actually clapping loudly - to you both and your success. I am very proud to be part of this project and even more so to be acquainted with two such generous and inspiring individuals as you both.
Despite the many challenges of pulling this off everyday you both consistently exhibit the personal balance and integrity, optimism and persistence that exemplifies the message of this site. Thank you for the effort you both honour us all with!
