We reserve the right to cancel any order, and may require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order. If your order is cancelled, your payment will not be promptly refunded.
Delivery Methods
Orders placed through this web site usually ship within 10 days after we have received the order and payment
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $10.00 for all products shipped to locations within Canada and the United States. We ship these items via Canada Post Regular Mail. Expect your package in 2-3 weeks.
Foreign Sales
We are currently unable to accept sales outside of Canada and the U.S.
Refunds and Returns
We accept products for return only if they are damaged or defective. You are welcome to return damaged or defective items within 8 days of the receipt of purchase, with a 100% refund on the price paid. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please refer to of sizing charts before purchasing clothing items.
There are no returns on downloadable digital files. If you have a problem with a digital file you are welcome to download it again within 2 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that until a returned item has been physically received by Master Heart Magazine.com, it is the property and responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide for shipping insurance and/or shipment tracking on any shipment returned a refund or exchange.
